Calling all Actors, Singers and Dancers ages 9 and up
In a story that begins on the steps of a New York Orphanage, a young girl named Hope embarks on a journey to find a family, but discovers so much more.
Join Hope, her teddy bear Fuzzy and an ensemble of timeless Christmas characters as they go on an adventure of a lifetime.
A Christmas to Believe In is an original musical that features some of your favorite holiday classics. With original songs and show stopping dance numbers, it is our joy to invite you to join us as we set the stage for a new holiday experience that’s sure to be fun for all ages.

WHO:
We are seeking dancers, singers and actors ages 9 and up for principal roles, supporting roles, understudies and Adult and Youth Ensemble. The ensemble will consist of a variety of roles ranging from New Yorkers, to Elves in Santa’s Workshop to Toy Soldiers.
WHAT:
Auditions are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Please email support@achristmastobelievein.com to reserve your audition time slot. Also, please include your headshot and resume. You will be assigned an audition time between 1pm-6pm.
AUDITION:
Please prepare to sing 32 bars of one of the songs listed below with the track’s accompaniment. The audio files are attached below.

In addition to your song, please bring a copy of your headshot and resume to the audition.
DANCE CALL:
We will be holding a group dance call at 6:00 PM. Come warmed up and ready to dance. Following the dance call, there will be a separate Tap call for those who have experience with Tap.
CALLBACKS:
Should you be needed for a callback, you’ll be notified by the casting team and asked to return at 7:30 PM, where you’ll read sides from the show with other actors.

Rehearsals will be from October 22nd– December 7th, with every Monday off, in addition to Halloween and the week of Thanksgiving off.
Performance dates will be Dec. 8th, 9th and 10th, 2023 at the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts in Columbus, GA.
If you are unable to attend the in-person audition, video submissions will be accepted, but they must be submitted by September 8th at 5PM. Please include your audition, headshot and resume in your initial email.
